Salesforce
NebulaNow is 100% natively built on the Salesforce platform. This allows for rapid deployment and configuration to meet the needs and reporting requirements of individual Local Health Departments.
REQUIREMENTS
A standard web browser is required to run NebulaNow. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari are all supported.
Salesforce Requirements
NEBULANOW
NebulaNow is installed into your Service Cloud Org. It is an org-wide license for your Local Health Department (LHD).
SERVICE CLOUD
Your health department will need to license Salesforce Service Cloud (Enterprise or Unlimited edition).
COMMUNITIES
Your health department will need to license Salesforce Community Plus for field case investigators and Community for all other users.
